What causes my brain symptoms?

As I described earlier in the "herx of sugar?" topic, I had diziness and headache after eating some sugar. The problem is that I do diet for almost a month, but the symptoms are still there. I ended my 1st course of ABX a month ago, and the symptoms got worse. It is sometimes better for a day or two, but it is relapsing. It is very-very bad since yesterday. It is diziness with a weird headache (sometimes it stresses, sometimes I have the feeling the I will pass out, or loose my mind), and vibrant sight is also there.
I do detoxification (algae, plenty of water, sweat), diet, but does not help. The symptoms are waveing, also could wave inside a day.

Can anybody help, what can be the cause, and what can I do to eliminate these symptoms?
Should I worry about it (e.g. meningitis)? I do not have fever.

I have an LLMD, but the main problem is that I have GI problems too, and therefore I wasn't able to get all the ABXs that the doctor prescribed me (only one type out of 3 -> only Tetralysal for 56days).
I will go back to see the doctor who told me that probably more courses of ABX will be necessary, so my treatment will be continued, but only in september, as the doc is on vacation now :(. And I have also question marks above my head how to manage to get the ABXs with such a bad stomach... But this is another story.
The most urgent question right now is that could lyme meningitis be the cause behind these headaches, and diziness, or do I only need to detoxify more? I am scarred, as these symptoms are horrible. I had the same symptoms (as intense as now) this january, but became better within 2-3weeks. At that time a CT, and MR scan was made with blood tests, and a neurological examination, but all came back negative. Then lyme test was positive... That is why I am calm in the last 4weeks (since these symptoms relapsed), but am scarry now, because it lasts longer then in Jan, and is getting worse right now.
Another important info: I do not have a stiff neck, I can turn my head!

As has been suggested, you can use herbal protocols or you can also use IV antibiotics. Herbs are generally better tolerated and IV will completely bypass the digestive system - but there are some pretty serious risks with IV treatments, so be sure to check them all out.

Since you don't have a stiff neck, then no, you likely don't need to worry about Lyme meningitis.
