I've seen a few posts about
it being used for herxes.
What are the ingredients?
I'm hoping it's available in Canada. I'd like to give it a try.

Ingredients:
magnesium stearate, mannitol, and antacids: anhydrous citric acid, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate. The difference with regular alka seltzer is that the Gold does not have aluminum.
I have been taking it for the past couple months. Not sure if it is THE reason why, but I have been tolerating herbal treatment very well. I titrated from 1 drop ea to 25 drops ea 2x/day of A-Bart and A-Bab in about
3 wks. I'm also up to 1 dropper 2/day of AL-Complex in that amount of time, too.
What I really like about
the ASG is that you can take them anywhere and plop them into your water bottle or at the restaurant in your water glass… very easy. It should not be taken within an hour of antifungals, I found that out a little too late.
I should be doing more detox than I am—working on it. LLMD and ND have prescribed coffee enemas and epsom salt sea salt/borx baths. I do dry brushing. I will add the other detox support I'm taking to my signature in a few minutes. I have not really had a tough time with herxing yet. Starting IV abx in a couple weeks so that could change.

I'm not sure how or why it works so well for some, but I can attest to seeing others post at how well it works for them during times of herxing.
I've not used it, not because I think it's bad - it's not available in my area for some odd reason.

I have searched and searched and cannot find the specific reason "why". So, left to my own math ;) I think it's a matter of providing support in alkalizing the body, which helps facilitate detoxing, which in turn helps get the toxins from treatments out of your body more efficiently, thereby reducing herxing. Maybe someone else will come along with a better reason.

Also— I think some recommend combining ASG with glutathione (a punch of antioxidant)—have not tried that yet. My ND also recommended it.

I've read that glutathione is best when taken as an IV rather than oral - what have you found?

I had read that too—and will ask my LLMD about
it if I can get the IV approved by ins. co.
Also, my ND recommended glutathione for methylization due to my two DNA mutations… and I think I have read that others on this forum are taking it. I haven't started it yet. Maybe they will chime in.
