medical record history

I went to my family physician to get my complete medical records. I received them last week and noticed a lot of them were missing. I called them back and explain that I know of some of them that were missing and mysteriously my lime tests in 2006 reappeared. Then after seeing that I tested pos for Lyme in 06 and getting 2 weeks of doxy I found that I have been visiting the same clinic before then and up until January of this year for the same symptoms without any resolve. after I found the right doctor and have been treating for Lyme I have been able to work more, do more and think a lot more clearly.(No more brain fog) I have read more in the last 8 months than I have read in my entire life.
I truly believe that being misdiagnosed in 2006 completely ruined my life up until this year. Now I have to look back and figure out how to move forward. I'm not sure where to start. At least I'm thinking more clearly an should be easier I hope. My wife also has Lyme and is struggling.
I will quit babbling or venting now! LOL Just thought I'd share the beginning of my success story. Hopefully more to come.
And a big thank you to the site for all your help. I may have not posted a lot, but the wealth of information from all you people has saved my life!

Did you start to feel better just after one month of ceftin before adding zithro?
I am always curious as to time frame of healing....

Girlie, I noticed a difference 2 weeks after ceftin, its hard to describe because it was so slight bet I remember feeling different. After 4-5 weeks I started regaining some short term memory , eye sight was improved so much I could pick out small rocks half way across the field. That lasted for about a week and is now gone :( . The fatigue that I had been suffering from for 8 years started becoming less and less. I added the zith and again started showing improvement within a month. But still to this day i have 5-6 days of crappy lyme symtoms around the full moon. I am now working 6-7 hours a day every day. I use to work every hour the sun was shining!
I stopped abx for a week a month ago (thinking i was cured) and Lyme came back with a vengance !! I wont do that again. LOL
I will post more when I can , I'm at work right now.
