Lyme and parotid/salivary gland??

Hi. I have been very successful in treating my Lyme since nov 2012. It has been a long painful and confusing journey. I was almost done treating but being I had a slight lingering knee symptoms, my dr suggested we try switching meds to give it the one two punch. After one month on biaxin I started getting pressure feeling in both ears like they had to pop. Then after about two wks I started getting ear and teeth pain and jaw pain that after about a week now feels like it's in my salivary glands behind both ears. Still pressure too but at times excruciating.
My two questions would be. Can I herx after a month on a new drug?
And I also have slight tmj and was grinding at night during a stressful week could I just be panicking bc I'm so close to the end?
My ent dr ruled out sinus and ear infections
These last few days I think EVERYTHING IS LYME!

No bumps just pain. Shooting into ears. Sometimes teeth and jaw and especially behind the ear in glands. Dr said see what dentist says tues and we will see
