Which Buhner book(s)? I may be joining you MM, LP

Going to give the abx a fair "shake" - little longer, as I've only had one appt. with a LL Dr.
But, I'm getting myself prepared for the natural route, and will choose Buhner protocol.

So, I went on the website - lots of books...what is the first one I should buy?

Healing Lyme?

Also, what would be the next one if I have Bart? I see there are two for coinfections, but one of them doesn't say it's for Bart.
What about trying to nab the mycoplasma, which book?

Does Buhner recommend you start treating Lyme first, and co-infections after. Can you combine lyme and bart treatment?

I think his treatments are generally combinable.

He has 3 books right now for Lyme disease. But I think he is soon to release a new one! Or it might be a 2015 release but he does plan on coming out with a new book for Lyme.

I have "Healing Lyme, Natural Healing and Prevention of Lyme Borreliosis and Its Coinfections". This one is dated from 2005.

I also have a new book that he wrote, which is actually just dated for 2013! It is called "Healing Lyme Disease Coinfections, Complementary and Holistic Treatments for Bartonella and Mycoplasma". This is actually a really good book! I certainly recommend it. And I must say, I think his knowledge has come a very long way since the first book! His first book is still a good read though. I looked at his Bartonella protocol in his first book and it doesn't go into very much details.

He has another book that came out for Babesia and Erlichia. But I don't have either of those infections. So it's information doesn't apply to me in my healing journey.

I would get "Healing Lyme" and check out the updates. Then, I would get the one on co infections, and maybe also the one on Mycoplasma, but only if you think you have it.

Yay! I'm glad you were able to choose something.

I'm still doing tiny bits of the "Hooch." I think it has a lot of similarities with Buhner.

How's your skin and the sun poisoning?

If you use sunscreen, make sure it's natural, and that it allows your skin to breathe.

The worst issue for me, if I've got the symptoms right, is Babesia, though I do get the scratch-like rash, so I guess Bart too.

The only book I have is "Healing Lyme."

Thanks everyone.
Still waiting for my CC and JK order to arrive.

Margaret - I stopped the doxy when we went on our mini-vacay - as it was to a hot, sunny place. So, my skin is ok. I did go back on it, but now the LLND has switched my abx.

I hope the new abx works for you and/or doesn't predispose you to sunburn.
