Looking for an LLMD in or near New Mexico

I was just diagnosed and I have severe neuropathy. I don't think there are any LLMD's in New Mexico, but reading old threads leads me to believe there is one in Colorado Springs. I'd also pay for phone consults with docs if you know of some that do that.
