Yes. The low temperature happens in the morning. If you take your temp - before ever moving out of bed - and it's lower than 97.4 for 3 out of 5 days, it's due to adrenals. But you have to take your temp before you move around much - so it's best to have a thermometer beside your bed, with a paper and pencil to record your temps for 5 days in a row.
My temp was right at 97.4 every single day and I was diagnosed with Addison's and started on high dose adrenal supplements immediately. Of course I had other symptoms as well, but my temp readings in the mornings cinched it.
