I have some similar symptoms. They seem to come and go the further along into treatment I get.
I feel my body shaking when I'm laying down at night. Funny is I remember a couple of years ago having that restless leg syndrome, or that's what I thought it was, and thinking I maybe had too much sugar during the day or something. Scary to think it might have been an early symptom.
I use to wake up with my heart racing and palpitations. But that also went away.
Mild muscle and joint pain that also comes and goes for days at a time
The tingling or internal vibrations have been constant. Usually on my left hand and side.
Brain fog throughout the day
Brain MRI was normal, but had and still have headaches, just not as bad.
I remember that feeling that something just isn't right with your body. I still have it but I think it's so constant that it's the new normal for me. On those rare days when I'm feeling okay, it's great. I had a couple of days about
a month and a half ago where I felt closest to feeling like my old self. It was great, but it was brief. When I first started having symptoms, mine were gastric related, and I told a few people including the doctors that something just doesn't feel right. Regardless of what doctors and tests say, you know how you are suppose to feel. You know how you normally feel, so when something is wrong, you would obviously know, no matter what tests come out negative or normal.
I also had blood drawn this week and am still waiting for results. I use to get them back in a day or two, but I guess whatever the doctor ordered takes time. Patience is really hard when you're not well and just want answers.
If you've only been showing symptoms for a month it's still early. So you have a very good chance of getting better faster. Just make sure to find a good LLMD who knows how to properly treat and look for co-infections.
