Double vision is making me crazy!

Well, I've been having double vision since this summer (on top of all the other chronic symptoms)...so I made an appt with a Dr in GA. She took 26 vials of blood to test everything! She'll go over the results next month at my next appt...but she already put me on 3 antibiotics (to treat all 3 forms of the spirochete). My immune system has crashed since I had a Sleeve Gastrectomy 10 months ago...so, my first priority is taking high doses of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, etc. My energy level has gone up a bit, but the antibiotics are giving me diarrhea and severe headaches. I still can't focus my left eye on anything fast a foot from my face (unless I close the other eye). I feel like it's a neurological problem, and I don't know what else to do. Is it a vitamin deficiency? Lyme? MS? Brain tumor? I can only drive if I close one eye...and I'm sick of it! Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Thanks, achievinggrace. I'm waiting to see if the antibiotics work, but I'm still wondering if I should see an Opthemologist for good measure....but so sick of spending money.
