You likely didn't see MisterMike's post as it posted just a few minutes before your last post - the HLA is for the gene mutation that makes detoxing harder.
If you don't test positive for Bart and don't show any of it's unique symptoms, then be careful to not get sidetracked. Lyme can cause plenty of anxiety and Neuro symptoms!! I thought I had Bart for sure with this second go round as my feet hurt terribly, but sure enough - within a week of starting my Lyme herbs, the foot pain went away!!! And I've had that horrid Bart foot pain, but I was fooled!
That's not true about one must treat Bart first. Every doctor has their own theories about what must be treated in what order, but I started with Lyme treatments, 3 months later I added in Bartonella treatments. I would have added in Babesia treatments as well, but the herbs I was going to be using weren't safe to mix with the ones I was using for Lyme and Bartonella.
Over the years that I've been on this forum, I've watched people heal from these infections in every order possible - it depends on the body, not the infection. For someone who knows they have 3 different infections, if they aren't healing from one, it's smart to start treatments for a different infection to see if they need to heal from that one first - but it's all very individual.
Ehrlichia and Anaplasmosis are a lot easier to get rid of is why you don't hear much about them. If the person goes through Lyme treatments, Ehrlichia and Anaplasmosis is almost always taken care of with those treatments.
I agree that you need a good sit down with your LLMD and a nice long talk. You need to understand what you are taking and why, and what the plan of action will be.
