what exactly is houttunyia tea?

ive seen this around in other forums and heard its effective against bart? how do u use it? especially for someone who is using it for the first time.

You can use it in the form of a tea, powdered capsule or tincture. Houttuynia is a leaf from a chinese plant. It is called dokudami in Japanese. It is extremely effective (and potent) for bartonella. I used it personally and man oh man - strong herb. I would check out www.buhnerhealinglyme.com. There are dosages on there.

Personally I like the tea best. I tried the powder but it did not seem to be as potent for me as the tea and surprisingly the tea didn't taste bad either.

I too used the tea from the "cut" herb. They call it the 'fishy smelling herb' but I never noticed that smell, it tasted quite a bit like black tea used to make regular iced tea!

Do be very, very careful to start off with a very low dose of Houttuynia! It's a very potent herb and will cause quite the herx for most even at low doses - but it's also very effective! Just be sure to be detoxing like a mad woman!! LOL!

What do you have to work with? The raw herb, tincture, powder, or pills? Most likely we can guide you.
