I have had a real problem over the last couple of months with tunes or songs that play over and over and over....and over.... in my head. It's not always the same tune but once it's in there it can play for days and is still playing when I wake in the night (which is often), and it drives me nuts.
It's better if I know the all the words, rather than just one verse, then at least I'm stuck with the whole song, rather than just one repeating verse. I have however come to loathe songs I previously enjoyed!!
I looked it up on the net, which is where I discovered it is called 'earworm' (which sounds wholly unpleasant in itself ;) ) It started the same time as the noise sensitivity, and I have never suffered with it in the past.
I am wondering if the two things are connected, or if anyone else gets this? Or maybe it's just another one of my marbles that's gone?

Silly sheep, this made me laugh bc it happened to me in the beginning of treatment.
Didn't know it had a name,

Thanks chloe24, I'll count that as a marble that hasn't quite escaped out of the bag yet, then.
Someone, please, make 'Eleanor Rigby' go away and not come back......
