Does anyone know what to take to help support the kidneys? I do a lot of liver detox but I know with all my medicines that my kidneys are most likely working overtime.
Any suggestions?

Drinking lots of water is good for the kidneys. I think parsley is also good.

Dandelion and Milk Thistle are very good for the kidneys.

When I started taking a systemic anti fungal, my liver enzymes shot up. I had been taking parsley already and added milk thistle seed and burdock root and they came right back down. Agree on the water.

James, Dandelion and Milk Thistle are good for the liver not the kidneys... though they do no harm on kidneys. half a lemon, 1 tea spoon of baking soda and one glass of waster all mixed and kidneys function will improve

My LLMD put me on quite a few things. One he had me order online which is called Kidney tone. You can do a google search for it. My kidneys were not handling the toxin load. With the addition of a teaspoon of kidney tone 2X a day, Renelix, Iteres, Two Treasures all of which your LLMD would have to order for you they bounced right back and I felt considerable better.

You sure about
that lucky man? Milk thistle do more than just support the liver. I should have clarified that in my previous post.
