Bartonella or Not?

I am trying to decide if I have Bartonella or not and need some help.

Symptoms I DON't have:
-rashes of any sort
-swollen nodes
-calf pain
-low grade fever
-sweats
-anxiety/panic attacks
-rage

Symptoms I DO have:
-frontal lobe headaches (minor and random)
-foot arch pain (minor)
-muscle twitching
-quad pain (both sides, occasional)

I've read this a lot.

But what type of pain?

Pain, like sharp pain? Or chronic muscle tightening like cramps, which is painful too, but different - and it spreads.

Ive had so much muscle/tendon and joint pain all over that I tend to get a little more specific in my questioning this.
