Going to try to find Lyme Doctor near Omaha through referral site.

Enough of you have suggested that perhaps my wife has chronic Lyme that I think I would at least like to talk to an LLMD with her. We live near Omaha, Nebraska. I would prefer to find a doctor there, but certainly could drive a bit if necessary.

Is it better to ask on here, or go to that one website and have them assist me?

Bumping this message and giving you some more information :-)

You can surely ask here. But you will have to enable your email address (My Profile, Edit Profile, click on 'Show my Emailaddress', so that the other members can reach you. If you are not eager to put your existing email address available, you could create one just for this purpose.
We are not allowed to post dr's names or information about them on the forum. If another member has information for you about a LLMD or LLND, they can then get to you through pm.

You could also go to the ILADS website and ask for an LLMD in your area.

I will start with that referral program then, and see what turns up! I'm pretty doubtful that we'll find someone close to us though.

There is one in the Urbandale, IA area that I'd be happy to share their contact info with you! It's about a 2 hour & 10 minutes drive according to Google maps, so not that far - at least not like some have to drive to get to their LLMD's!

If you are interested, please send me an email. Please be sure to include the area that you are hoping to find a LLMD in too - my memory isn't good enough to remember each person on here! LOL!
