This is for those of you who haven't learned about
the benefits of a good bone broth. It's not expensive to make and it's so satisfying, especially in the winter. Enjoy!

TOTALLY AGREE. When I couldn't eat solid food bone (marrow) broth saved my life and I mean that literally (although I understand the dictionary has redefined "literally" to include the exaggerated/slang usage of the word so now we have no word that literally means literally)… but I digress…
If I could just hook a big vat of it up to my IV…
