I looked online, and here are some ideas.

First, delayed healing of a fracture occurs when your immune system is messed up. So you need to work on the immune system.

There is a form of ultrasound, called ultrasound bone growth stimulators, that helps speed up healing of a fracture. It is approved by the FDA, but don't know about Belgium or Europe.
