I don't tolerate regular potatoes well, and even on my very strict and very extensive food allergy elimination diet, I was allowed sweet potatoes. Carrots are naturally detoxing, so they are good as well.
Now a diet of mainly those things aren't good of course, but in moderation, they are a good source of many nutrients and healthy goodness. Just be careful what you put on them!! That's what makes them unhealthy.
