How much doxycycline should I be taking a day

i've been prescribed 100mgx2 a day but after some online research i've seen that this amount is only enough to stop bacteria from multiplying and not enough to kill it, what do you guys think?

to be effective it needs to be at least 200 mg twice daily.

But, sometimes LL Dr's will start at a lower dose and increase...this may help with less herxing.

Is your Dr. a LLMD?
When is your next appt.? And how long did he/she prescribe your antibiotics for?

Also want to add - have you been regularly detoxing?
