I'm having a really, really bad day today. I woke up drenched in sweat, weak and wobbly. Felt feverish, but my temp was only 96.6. Went out to feed horses, since I have to, and barely made it through that. Can't catch my breath, like I can't get enough oxygen. Awful head pressure headache, like my head is going to explode.

Pretty sure these are all babesia symptoms. But I'm taking sida, alchornea & cryptolepis. Thought those were supposed to help with babesia.

Despite this, I suggested to my sister that we go out today to do a little shopping, since we're both looking for things we can find at the same place. But as usual she shot me down, like I'm nothing. To her I'm just furniture.

Sorry for all the whining, but I just feel really, really sick today. My dad has been a bit more sympathetic, but he's gone out for the day. Really just want to curl up and die today.

The good news is, I actually felt hungry this morning for the first time in a while. Bad news is I was feeling to sick and weak to make much for breakfast, but I managed something.

I'm in charge of our horses this week, too. I think it's actually helpful to have to get up and tend to creatures morning and night. For me, it helps to get my mind off how I feel and just do the task the best I can. If it gets below 32 here, though, I'll have to wrestle the horse blankets on & off. THAT's a big job for me.

Can you take an Epsom soak this morning? Maybe listen to some Christmas music?

How much CSA are you taking? You may be herxing; our daughter had significant babesia herxes with 15 drop 3x daily.

Sayyadina, we are all here for you. Remember what we agreed, walk away and ignore, take care of YOU! It's not worth it when people are unkind and uncaring. Kharma... what goes around comes around, she will figure that out someday... and you will be well by then!

I'm so sorry that you aren't feeling well. The bath sounds like a great idea. Maybe you can rest and watch a movie. Be kind to yourself. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. My symptoms seem to change day by day.

Hang in there! I have been on a detox and remedy of herbs, roots, and salts for a month now. I have had good and bad days. Sometimes the symptoms are physical, but can also be mental, which is often more debilitating.

Stay positive, there are so many of us like you who are suffering from this. You will get better and your normal life will be restored. Take time for yourself, its okay to be selfish. Put your body and mind as your #1 priority.
