Yes—that's what I am currently taking but with any systemic you really need to get your liver enzymes checked at least monthly if not more frequently. Mine shot up immediately so I started taking milk thistle seed and burdock root and they came back down pretty fast.

I have recently used both Nystatin and Diflucan together. Nystatin has been used continuously for the past year or so. Diflucan has been taken for only 30 days (twice in past year) while on ABX breaks.

You are welcome! I really hope at least something in it is helpful. It took me so long—too long to solve the yeast/fungus mystery amidst all the other chaos going on. And there are unique components to each person but working with the basics will hopefully help you craft your approach.
