I agree w/ MM—
Small amounts of gluten may not impact a notable physical response but it's tough to understand what damage is actually being done until it's pretty bad already. And I think damage can still occur even from small amounts, especially if there is repeated exposure (let's say you only have 2 slices of toast every AM). I think your health is another factor—people who are immuno-compromised or already have other preexisting gut issues (yeast overgrowth) or other conditions that challenge the gut health are more susceptible to gluten sensitivity. And then of course there are the celiacs who cannot be exposed to even the slightest amount. Regardless, the damage has to be healed—no specific food or amount of O3 will repair holes in the gut. It is a very long arduous complicated journey.
BTW…O3 can be inflammatory itself—someone recently posted a fantastic list of anti-inflammatory foods and fish oil, one of the highest and best sources of Omega 3, was one of the highest influencers of inflammation and upon reading that, I stopped taking my O3 capsules and lost 5 lbs the next day…
