Clove essential oil helps my foot pain

I tried this last year while on ABX, and attributed my diminished foot pain to the ABX.

Well I've been on ABX again for three months and still have foot pain.

So without actually massaging the pain away, I just put some clove oil on the bottom of my hurting foot, and it feels better.

Coincidence or not, I'll try to do this for a few weeks and see what continues to happen.

You never hear about clove oil for bart on this forum, but after goggling, yes it apparently works for bart. But I dont see people applying it topically, which is what I did. My whole house smells like an Easter ham with clove buds on it baking LOL!

Do you put the clove in a carrier oil or do you just go for it and put the oil directly on your foot?
