brain crackling???

That sounds very weird and very scary. Have you talked to your doctor about it yet?

As P recently suggested, I too think it could possibly be from fungal overgrowth that ends up going everywhere in our bodies. Its from all the abx messing up our gut and possibly getting reabsorbed back in the intestines and getting systemic going everywhere. I am currently having lots of neuro head pressure(on ears also-feels like someone blowing a balloon up in my head trying to come out of my ears!), brain fog, and brain crackling type as you refer to. The reason I think its candida is for one, because when I chew some raw garlic (natural anti-fungal) it gives me some relief. Also for two, in the last 2 weeks I cheated with a good amount of sugar and lived a lil I guess you can say. No bueno on top of abx and lyme-I know.... so Im done now, no more splurging :-/

My family's xmas party was this past weekend and I literally wanted to put on some pounds and just enjoy the holiday spirit with some goodies...I knew I was going to pay for it with symptoms exasperating but I hadnt had this head pressure since when I first got sick and was taking multiple abx and didnt know too much about candida back then. I literally just pulled out my first lyme journal from 2011 to look up the head pressure for how long it lasted back then.

They also say babesia causes more of a head pressure. So many things overlap with this illness-sigh. I personally am only on lyme abx right now so I have thought maybe the babesia is rearing its head out more....but Im *pretty sure* its from candida/yeast. I swear I wanna try colonics so bad and just flush my whole gut out! I feel like theres just candida trying to take over in there.

I always try to find comfort knowing 'this too shall pass' so try to hang in there Hornet.
