So the past 4-5 days I have been feeling this tight kind of feeling- below my chest but above my belly. It kind of makes me feel constricted and somewhat short of breath.
Also, that area feels kind of tight and does this little jumpy thing- hard to explain. I have had the tight and jumpy thing at times here and threre before, but I am having it a lot the last 4-5 days.
I don't feel it all day long- but I felt it a lot yesterday and really badly today.
Also in the past 5 days I have eaten gluten when I was GF for 7 months prior. I had occasional cheats in that time, and didn't have this type of reaction.
So I am open to the idea that this bad feeling may be a reaction to gluten. But I am also exploring other options.
So I realized I didn't really know where my liver is! In my appointment yesterday my practitioner said in his lyme experience he had ( among many other things) pain in the liver, and when he ate gluten it felt like someone punching him in the liver.
So I looked up just now a body diagram and realized ( I sort of knew but didn't think about it or remember!) the liver is right wher eI am feeling all this. I think that is the liver?

So now it makes me wonder if this bad constricted/weak/ short of breath/jumpy feeling in that area that I am trying o resolve is actually the liver?
what do any of you feel when your liver is hurting?
I would not be surprised if it is the liver given my 8 months of abx and not enough liver support. I wouldn't mind too much if it is that only because I am soon gonna try to go off abx anyway and am upping my liver support so it feels fixable.
I am just trying to figure out why I feel this way- it is really hard to explain how it feels--- in the solar plexus/ below chest area, it doesn't hurt- there is no pain or even achiness.
It is "jumpy" and tight and constricted and like I cant relax that area at all so it is affecting my breathing.
In my appointment yesterday the practicioner said he would give me aforumla ( in a fewa days) to help build up the strength in that area so that is good.
But is this from gluten, I wonder? Or from just general liver detox? or something else such as the lyme or coinfections moving around in that area?
I can't figure it out!
I went for a walk and when I was walking it lessend slightly but as soon as I got back inside it returned right away- t is very tight and uncomfortable.
As soon as some symptoms subside, other ones come up. ugh.
Any ideas??
