Here's a few things that may be the culprit, if they don't apply ignore them.
Diet/electrolytes: if your eating low sugar there's a good chance your not eating much fruit (potassium ) and if your not eating processed foods (sodium ). Drinking lots of water will not only flush toxins but also electrolytes exacerbating the problem.
-maybe low blood sugar due to a low sugar diet
Rest: prolonged rest can cause wooziness and lightheadedness, leading to more rest.
Smoking: smoking with and illness would make the feeling worse.
Lyme and other illnesses: most likely the culprit.....
-low blood pressure
