Fevers

My temp is running 100-100.8 these days. I'm also fighting off a sinus infection too.....in addition to Lyme, babesia and bartonella.

This kind of low grade fever is normal, right?

My joint and bone pain is back with a vengeance too. Probably a side effect of 3 days in the car and not being able to detox enough.

But I have a tub now!

Really hate this fever. I'm quite tired, which is no fun.

I actually have a very low body temp- quite below 98.6 I just started recording my temps twice a day. I read about how this is common in lyme and chronic illness- it creates an environment where the body is not fighting off infection. I am just learning about it now, haven't taken my temp n this whole last year other than this week so just realizing this.
I also read low body temp is pretty common with lyme so I don't know how that relates to the higher body temp thing. I want to bring my body temp higher, back to normal.
