New to Tindamax/Rifampin/Minocycline combo

Just got back from my first LLMD visit. I've been on doxy for 6 weeks from another non LLMD dr.
The LLMD is switching me to:

Minocycline 100mg twice daily
Tinidazole 500 mg twice a day for 4 weeks on 3 weeks off OR
Flagyl 500 mg twice a day 6 weeks on 3 weeks off
Rifampin 300 mg twice a day

Then the following two that he didn't explain & I am not sure are necessary...
Diflucan 100mg 1 daily for a week each month
Nystatin 5000,000 IU 3 x's day for 3 months

My question is: Which have you all found to be a better choice flagyl or tindamax. He said I could pulse either 4 or 5 days a week instead of taking every single day. Does that sound right?

Also are the Diflucan & Nystatin something that I only need if I get a yeast infection or are they standard when on this protocol? It's just SO much drugs I don't want to take anything I don't absolutely need. Thank you SO much for any advice. I left feeling so overwhelmed.

I would take the yeast preventives! I wasn't offered those and I ended up with oral thrush! Yuck! Now I'm having a hard time getting rid of it! I would take them if I were you.

Flagyl and tindamax are both cyst busters. Some say that tindamax is less harsh. So, it's up to you.

I currently take
100 mino twice a day.
300 rifampin once a day.
500 tindamax twice a day. Only on Sun, Mon, and Tues

So far I don't feel any better. I also notice increased anxiety in the morning and nausea later in the afternoon. Yuck!
