I took it for almost 2 years, prior to Lyme/Bart treatment.
It wasn't that expensive though, only 30 Euros for a vial. My dr produced it in his own lab, if I'm not mistaken.
I had to take it to bring down my nagalase levels, which it did well. That was reassuring to me, being an ex-cancer patient. I had also tested positive on the XMRV virus, which my dr assumed was the cause of my health issues.
It didn't get rid of Bartonella though.
Before starting I had to take a test to determine if I was a high or low responder to the medication (I was a high responder). Once on the medication, it is important to check calcium levels each month, as well as your vitamin D levels. It can also increase one's histamine levels, adjusting dosage may be necessary.
When I started Lyme treatment, after 5 months, my vit D levels were going through the roof, so we stopped the GCmaf. I don't think though that this treatment was bad or useless.
I would like to say though that 750$ is a crazy price....
