I have never felt healthier than when we took a 2 week vacation in Australia for 2 weeks and I walked and ran barefoot on the beach every day. Now I know why. Dr. Mercola has an article on earthing and grounding in which he cites research that shows the health benefits of walking barefoot on the beach or on a grassy area. Among other benefits, it is a very strong free radical neutralizer and it thins the blood. Dr. mercola cites Dr. James Oschman who has done a lot of research about
the subtle energy of the human body. Dr. J. of the Hansa Center has based much of their energetic healing approach on research such as is presented here. It seems that it would be very relevent to those with a chronic inflammatory illness such as ya'll have! Here is the link:
