Liposomal Vitamin C

Is anyone taking or making liposomal vitamin C? I made a few batches for me and my mom, then I sent a jar to a friend, and so far so good :) I hear this stuff is amazing. I gave some to my daughter and son, and they drank it (can't say they enjoy it because it is really sour, but as long as they take it, it's all good). It supposed to have amazing detox benefits plus killing all kind of bugs (viruses, bacteria, colds). We shall see. Anyone taking it or making it?

Research shows that it is at least as effective as vitamin C IV.

I use liposomal C , but don't make my own. I've only been using it for 1/2 a year or so.

I make my own for whoever is interested I can give u some tips. My son's pain improved from it. My mom is sleeping through the night and she wasn't before. She has chronic kidney problems and she usually goes to the bathroom a lot over night. I think I like it a lot! Doesn't taste terrible either! You can save a ton of money by making your own. I think is great for detox. There was a French dr that was taking 3 times the dose of lethal mushrooms and then he gave himself a vitamin c IV to prove at conferences how much impact vit c has: it pulls the toxins out! Even from deadly poisonous snake bites! Me like it! I wish there were more people using it!

I remember you well, I used to come to the forum about 5 yrs ago for myself. Now I am here for my son. You helped me with a detox question. I didn't forget that.

So, first of all, I don't think vitamin c pulls ALL toxins. Dr K from Washington is giving it the thumbs up, but for detox as I am sure you know, he is using other supplements. Nevertheless he gives it thumbs up because he says it stops a cold/flue almost immediately (for many people) or within a day or 2 for others.

Second, taken as a liposomal, it penetrates and works better when taken on an empty stomach without the stomach pain that regular vitamin C would give, therefore being able to ingest larger quantities (3 grams or more) without the pain and with much grater penetration. Not sure how things would work for someone that has stomach issues, so we must be careful.

3. I wish I bought a bigger ultrasonic machine so I wouldn't have to make 3 batches in one day when 3 of us are taking it us I give some away.

4. In order to work there should not be any bubbles on top and the solution should not separate--mine stays completely mixed until I finish it for up to several days

5. It can be done with soy lecithin or sunflower lecithin (I would stay away from soy lecithin) non-gmo and preferably organic. I didn't get the organic because I was afraid I couldn't get it right and didn't want to waste my money

6. With the vitamin c: I use pure ascorbic acid. Some people use a different form of vitamin c with sodium in it because it doesn't upset their stomach

7. The ultrasonic machines vary in price and features. I got one for $40 with free shipping from amazon that is good enough, it has a 1 yr warrantee. Some people claim that after you register the product they email you and give you another free year warrantee. Not bad but I already made my money with it--you use very little ingredients when you make it yourself. Overall I am happy with my decision but next time I would get a lager machine with higher watts and volume capacity because the lecithin is hard to get off the spoon, sometimes it gets stuck to the blender so, kind of annoying to clean up. I had to make 3 batches one day and I didn't think to at least mix everything together in the blender and then do little batches in the ultrasonic machine. So that's another tip:) at least deal with the lecithin only one time even if making multiple batches.

Another tip: I do not use warm water as some people use when mixing the vit c. If the solution gets hot it is not all the same so I don't even want to take a chance and get it warm. That's about it! I learned about it from dr K and then I watched videos on youtube to learn how to do it. Eventually I ran into another video of dr K and I was happy I did because the quantities are right on as most of these people on youtube are doing.

You must not be so hard on yourself!  If this, here on the forum, is not the place where we should show understanding towards each other, then that place must not exist on this earth :)  Don't worry about it, I used to misplace my brain all the time, and on some days, I still do ;0)

My mom continues to love the product, I asked her tonight and she reports improved sleep from not having to go to the bathroom 10+ times a day. She loves it so much, she asked for me to buy an ultrasonic machine for her, which is great, because I will give her mine and I can get a bigger one. Also, there is another youtube video with another MD who talks about another MD that used vit C in hugh amount IV, for cancer patients to take away the pain, when the morphine was no longer working. Again, I do not know if this works against mold (it may). But here on the site towards the end there is a list of metals and what can we use to remove them. Also, I mention 3 grams above, that is per day, (1 g 3x/day to give sort of constant presence of vit c) not in one dose. Some people swear that taking up to 20 grams per day kills cancer, but who knows? There are all kinds of testemonies. I try to stick with what the doctors say on youtube, while I watch the kids, I usually try to listen to something, anything, to be able to help my son.
