Weird virus that keeps reappearing--co infection or what? Need help.

This is a cycle that keeps reappearing. I get it about 3 x a month? What is it? Is it a co infection? Which one?

The day before (it's like PMS, except I'm past all that), I feel terrible and think I'm having an awful herx, but detoxing doesn't help.

Then I wake up with what seems like a cold, except I have some abdominal cramping.

I get more fatigued than usual, and I don't have much appetite.

It can be minor or really bad.

Then, the whole thing goes away, and comes back again!

At first I thought I was just getting lots of colds and viruses bc my IG is low. But now I'm wondering, because I read about one of those volunteers in West Africa who said that whenever he was about to get a malarial episode, he would get a runny nose first.

So what is it?

my opinion is that you should talk with an inefctionist...virologue...hospital..

No co infections that fit the bill? My Herpes and EBV are high, but I don't think the symptoms match those. I guess I'll look up Mycoplasma.
