I prefer xylitol over stevia but I do have both. Those 2 are considered the healthier sweeteners.
CD... Xylitol is a sugar alcohol but bacteria can't metabolize it and it actually has the affect of inhibiting their growth.
I think Splenda (sucralose) is a better choice over aspartame and especially a better choice over sugar (sucrose). I just had a sucralose only sweetened drink on this past Thursday. It gave me a bad headache and my head felt weird after so is probably better to avoid it.
