Just had vit d level tested and came in at 290 which my nd tells me is high. Have been reading re mp protocol. Wonder if anyone has any knowledge of this or perhaps someone has tried it. Any info much appreciated, thank you

I have read about it. This is what I remember: It involves lowering your Vit.D levels - including wearing sunglasses outside all the time...and also covering up.
It is a long process - two- three years (if I remember correctly).

One of the meds used is Benicar and also an antibiotic (I think minocycline was one mentioned)
