Hi Utahgal-
I use two products for immune support, both are Nature's Sunshine brand products. "Trigger Immune" and "VS-C".
In general, the best thing you can do is cut out processed foods and try to get as many organic fruits and veggies as possible. I have recently started juicing and I think it has had a very positive impact on my overall healing process. I make my own juices at home with my Breville juicer, do not drink the concentrated store bought juices with added sugars!
Also, some of the best vitamins are C, D, and Omega 3s (to keep down inflammation). Herbs for immunity are Astragalus, Licorice, Moringa, and Echinacea.
Detoxing is a separate beast. Think of it as "taking out the trash" after your treatments and immune system have worked hard to destroy the bacteria/parasites, etc. This "trash" (die-off/neurotoxins) float around in your body and you need your detox pathways to help clear it out. Pathways include your kidneys, liver, skin, and lymph system. There are other supplements than can help support your detox pathways like Dandelion, milk thistle, lemon, ginger to name a few.
