What I'd do is simultaneously:
1. Start coffee enemas daily, as elimination is key to progress
2. Investigate the problem so you can fix it. Do blood work for your thyroid, hormones, and adrenals. Do a stool test with Doctors Data, Metametrix or Enterolab.
3. Probiotics. Also, unless you have klebsiella, resistant starch helps bring the Probiotics into your large intestines. Do your research on this one. Chris Kresser has good info on his site.
4. No sugar. It feeds bacteria the way in makes your cavities worse. If you need a SUGAR FIX, have a tablespoon of manuka honey away from food and water. This way your body uptakes the sugar before it gets too far down the GI tract, it won't feed bacteria, and you also get the benefits on manuka honey.
