That's good to know you'd choose him. my son has shown some really bad reactions in the past with your very standard abx like amox that wasn't pretty at all. :( this is yet another reason I'm scared of the abx route. Yes I've heard his stuff is crazy expensive! I think i have lyme and bart for sure. I can't go into treatment yet tho because I'm still breastfeeding. Oh did I mention I have a 7 month old too??! Beyond Mentally and emotionally exhausted with all this!

I was treating and then I got pregnant. Doc kept me on low dose of pulsing amox during pregnancy so that my unborn baby wouldn't get infected. Keep an eye on that baby of yours! I don't want to scare you but there are reports of spirochetes being found in breast milk! My LLMD still wanted me to breastfeed, so my baby would get the antibodies, but I was treating at the same time. Something to think about it and bring it up asap with your LLMD. When are you going to have your 1st appointment?

Emailed you both with the Dr name. Good luck! I know my daughter would not be doing this well today without her help. She is still on Keppra for seizures but I don't want to take her off of that and risk a seizure. She has been seizure free for over a year and off Lyme ABX for 9-10 months.
