Mr. Mike:
Yes, I follow some of Dr. K's suggestions. I will add chlorella (I already bought it) and horsetail tea--already using it every day. Plus, you know I use propolis which is bec. Dr. K suggested that I am using.
Also I am making tinctures of Oregano and Cilantro because of Dr. K. I took some notes from his videos and plan to get the rest of the stuff.
BUT: like I said, I am not using the green french clay and I never will, because it has high aluminum content and I do not feel it is safe. He is using tons of other products to detox, but still, this is the only objection I have to his protocol, for me, taking green french clay internally with that high aluminum content is a big no-no.
The clay I found has slightly less silica, but much lower aluminum, which attracts me much more than the green french clay does.
SO yes, Dr. K makes a lot of sense, he is one of my top favorite Lyme doctors that I have heard talking, but I do not agree with his usage of the green clay. His solution: use horsetail tea to pull the aluminum out--sort of an antidote LOL BUT I think it is much safer to use a different clay and still use the horsetail tea as an added benefit, rather than an antidote to clean the mess the green french clay makes.
I don't know, but that is how I feel :)
Also, Dr. K says it is good to surprise the bacteria, so I do not plan to use any one particular protocol, but rather I plan to rotate a few. EG. Dr. K talks about a product that bugs are addicted to and he says if you put a couple of drops in the mouth, they sense it and come to it from their hiding places bec. they are addicts just like us LOL
Then, hit them with something eg antibacterials--perhaps some new ones that they are not accustomed to would work better I would think. So, I think this idea is brilliant and I plan to implement it soon. Still looking for products and still researching. I wish I didn't have to, but at times, it is sort of fun--I am weird, eh?
