Intravenous laser light therapy for Lyme

I understand that this is commonly used in Germany with many positive results. Does anyone have any knowledge about it or know of anywhere in the US that provides this treatment?

I use soft laser almost every day. Not IV but directly into the nose which according to my knowledge is almost the same: treat blood with laser. I am not yet sure of the effect, but I do not feel any improvement from this. I use it for two month.
