I have an appointment with The Center for Restorative Medicine in Hendersonville, TN for July 2016.....2016!!!!

I can't wait that long. Even if they bump me up into a cancellation, that might be whenever or never.
I don't care how far (within reason), the center in Hendersonville is over an hour and a half away from me. I live about 98 miles east of Nashville.

Yikes - way too long to wait. Hopefully there is another one not too far away - you could still keep the other appointment...but get started on treatment with another one.
