I just discovered this suppliment and it has tremendous potential from anything from clearing brain fog, supporting adrenals, detoxing, reversing a fatty liver and Alzheimer's. This is the first time Im hearing of it I wonder why.

Is that the same as Pantethenic acid - the B vitamin? (B5 I think?)

I believe its a more bio friendly version of panthetic acid. The studies i read said don't buy the acid just get the Pantethine

There's an adrenal website - can't remember which Dr. - if it's Dr. Lam...or?
B5 is on his recommendation list for adrenal fatigue (along with others of course)

I found this site that discusses both since I was curious about
the differences. My doc's multi and adrenal formula both have pantothenic acid.
