Depending on where you look, Lyme and just about every co-infection can cause myalgia.
I have Lyme, Bartonella, Erhlichia C., HGA, R. Spotted Fever, and R. Typhiod Fever and have terrible pain/muscle soreness that is only in my legs. The soles of my feet, calves, outer thighs, and hips are effected the most.
Since I have started treatment my antibody levels to all of the co-infections have improved significantly but bio-markers for Lyme seem resilient. Since my muscle soreness has not improved at all with treatment I'm thinking Lyme is the root cause of the myalgia's.
