I've had to attack not only the digestion in my stomach (I don't have enough digestive enzymes) and dealing with intestinal issues before getting my nausea under control.
I have to use digestive enzymes with meals and I had to drink fresh ginger tea 3 times a day for about
3 months straight, but now I rarely have any nausea unless I need to eat.
