Even Igenics is not 100% accurate, but better that what you had from "conventional" test labs.
No test is 100% accurate yet.
The reason is Lyme bacteria are smart. It does not want to stay in blood since that is where your immune killer T cells are on the hunt. So Lyme makes it way into soft white tissue and organs, nerves ect. away from your immune system. Thats how it survives.
When in doubt and all neg test results, its not un-common to "test" ones body for a reaction to antibiotics or herbal antibiotics. Thought is is you have nothing, nothing should happen. If its killing stuff, you usually feel worse-called herxing.
Still you need to look at symptoms before diving into that. And if you had an initial symptoms onset at one time. Lyme Literate Medical Doctors look at symptom and patterns. A good one will also look beyond lyme before assuming its lyme. A few take insurance, not many though, since most policies look the other way. That is changing though.
Problem with fibro, as you know, there's millions d'xed with it, and the so called symptoms list has no end, with no testing at all. Where do they draw the line? Its a name given to symptoms of unkown origins. That said, some of the fibro pain meds might work for lyme too though, (not all chronic lymies reach remission), an unfortunate fact.
