Hi Nicole,
I'm in PA, but on the other side so I don't know of many LLMD's out your way unfortunately.
I just read your other thread and it may help to make mention that this is for an young child. I know my Dr. only treats people over the age of 18 because he has no pediatric training.
The closest Dr. I know of to you that treats minors is close to Harrisburg. If you don't have any luck here on the forums finding something closer, I can certainly pass that info along if you want to email me through my profile here.
In my humble opinion, your going to want to find an ILADS trained Lyme Literate Doctor.
On their website, they actually offer a referral service. You can submit your name, how far your willing to travel, and they will return to you some options. You can take advantage of this service at the link below.
ilads.org/ilads_media/physician-referral/Please also check out the new to lyme thread on the forums. It helps to know as much as you possibly can while your still trying to work through this with your regular doctor. Don't give up and be very persistent if you feel there is a chance your child has lyme. Its better to go through all the motions to rule it out now while she hasn't had it very long.
I wish you the best.
