I love curcumin and boswellia, there are some good products out there that have a good combo of curcumin/boswellia/black pepper, make sure you find a good curumin that has BSM-95, it helps the absoprtion and bio-availability of curcumin rhizome. I also like Arnia, I've read that using too much at one time can have pro-inflammatory effects, so just be cautious of how much you use :). Besides supplements, this may sound silly, but sitting in a quiet space and breathing/meditating for 10-20 minutes can really be beneficial for chronic pain. Although supplements are great for helping symptoms, I think we are all truly our own healers. The body's ability to heal is quite outstanding. By deep breathing, I try to really focus on my breath and let the oxygen do it's magic. I think if I can get out of my own head for even a small portion of the day, let me body relax and muscle tension ease up, let the oxygen get really absorbed into tissues, I do feel better afterwards. Just food for thought :).
