I don't know about whether or not this is part of the ISDA/CDC's updated protocol, however, you do not have to disclose you or any of your family members positive test results. Even if they do report to the state, they should ALWAYS only inclulde statistical information, and never patient health information (PHI); they should NEVER EVER ask you about your results unless you have written consent (they being labs or doctors, community centers, etc).
