I've had a PICC line for a little over 2 months. I had an adverse reaction to rocephin after about a week and landed in the hospital. My LLMD changed my drug to doxycyline 400 mg over 4 hours. I was also taking zithromax and mepron for babesia. I did really well on this for about 6 or 7 weeks. I started getting a rash up my arm, chest and general itching and prickly feelings. He stopped everything. Its been almost a week and I feel terrible. I'm still having rash issues. What other IV drugs are out there for lyme? Could this be a PICC line problem? Anyone have similar experiences.

I do not know about other IV meds, but I do know that there are many other approaches to beat Lyme. It takes some of us longer to find the best protocol.

There is another one my doctor is considering putting me on, daptomycin. I have been on Rocephin 7 months and he wants to change me to another ABX to get any left over bugs.

There was a study out of John Hopkins that showed positive results against Lyme. You should ask your doctor about it.

I only know of IV Rocephine, Azythromycine and Doxy... My llmd gives these in sessions of 6 weeks, not longer.
Please keep in mind that IV abx cause massive die-off. Are you on anything to detox? Your llmd could give you IV Glutathione to detoxify, since you already have a picc line in place?

Does your arm with Picc feel warm, does it hurt? Do you have a fever? Arrhythmia? Is the entering point of the picc line red or swollen?
All these things are reasons to believe there's something wrong with the line.
