I've known of people that have had one of the co-infections without having Lyme, but not having multiple co-infections without having Lyme - although I don't think anyone can say that's it's not at all possible.
I would suggest that you start treatment for the other infections and assume that you will have to treat Lyme as well - but wait for symptoms of Lyme to reveal themselves before treating. It's likely that the other infections have a higher bacterial load in your body right now, so the symptoms of Lyme are suppressed and once you lower the bacterial load of the other infections, you will begin to experience more Lyme symptoms.
We all know how poor the tests are for these infections!! Just because you don't test positive, it doesn't mean you don't have the infection!
