Anyone got red bumps on the edge of the tongue? Could it be an allergic reaction to a herb?

My daughter has large red bumps all around the edges of the tongue with the tip of the tongue hurting. Does anyone know what this is? Could it be an allergic reaction to one of the Buhner herbs? No one else it the house got this and I am not giving her anything different. Thank you!

The tongue goes through a lot of changes like this, I think. It can be from eating acidic foods or part of fighting off a virus. If it goes on for too long or gets in the way of eating or drinking, then you'll want to talk to the doctor.

Thanks so much! I hope that is all there is! I remember She sucked on a slice of lemon a few days ago and she had this for about 3 days and is getting better, so I think you are right.
